Visit was a follow-up with Melinda, One of Dr Bishops PA’s. She was great. She listened intently and we discussed the next step in my treatment. She explained the entire process of everything and what meds will help with the inflammation and pain I am experiencing. She is very knowledgeable about my issues. She took care of everything.

Kelly is my go to girl. We first met December 2019. She is one of my guardian angels. Dr. Bishop is truly blessed to have such a talented professional like Kelly.
I always look forward to working with Dr. Bishop knowing that Kelly is close by to support all his patients with the love and care that we all need from time to time.

Dr Bishop takes time to not only listen to his patients, but to give them the options of what is best for them and when he performs the surgeries he is great about explaining what exactly to expect. I’d recommend him for anyone dealing with chronic back pain.

Hello, Dr. Bishop office.
This is Vanessa Inés Moreno-Rodríguez. Every time I go to Dr. Bishop's office, I am extremely satisfied with the service, the professionalism, and the genuine love that can be seen from the moment you arrive. Ariel is a great secretary; she's always diligent and has a smile for every patient who comes into the office. Then I'm greeted by Garrett, Dr. Bishop's assistant. He's an excellent professional, very dedicated to his patients, and he also makes you feel safe when you reach his care. It's fun to watch him always walk backward, and he also interviews you; it seems like his back knows every corner of the office. He's also always laughing, and I like it when people laugh; it helps me manage my anxieties and fears. When I got to the injection room, I bumped into Kelly, I think the Nurse Practitioner (and if that's not her profession, I apologize). Anyway, she greeted me with a smile that exuded a lot of self-confidence. She spoke with me for a while about the procedure and what it entailed. A first-rate professional. Thank you so much to everyone at Dr. Bishop's office. I know you put all your effort and empathy into making sure we leave the office satisfied, happy, and, above all, with less pain. The building is enormous, spacious, and clean. The only thing that needs to be fixed, and I don't know if this is the office's responsibility or the government's, is that the road to get there is very bad and full of potholes. That would be my only concern.
Otherwise, I give all stars for the quality service and respect.

Dr. Bishop has been caring for me since 2016. With each diagnosis, he has always been compassionate, humble, and helpful. Dr. Bishop's goal is to help his patients feel better so that they can get back to living a happy, healthy life. I appreciate his support staff as well.

Kelli has been great! The surgery had wonderful results in which she participated with Dr Bishop. She also helped encourage me throughout the surgery process and a hard recovery afterwards caused by anesthesia. She was always more than willing to listen to me and answer my many questions quickly that gave me peace of mind. I appreciated her kindness and listening to me patiently!

I have not met Kelli in person yet. I've had a few telephone visits. Her treatment suggestions seem to be the best care for me. Looking forward to meeting her in person when I go in epidural.

I've never had a problem with the quality of service/medical care, Melinda, Kelli and Garrett have always treated me with respect, kindness and the professionalism anyone would expect from a doctor and staff. I would strongly recommend Neurosurgical Solutions for any type of spinal injury.
